Looked after with care and very well presented, they are ideally located for exploring Castiglione della Pescaia's historic medieval centre on the top of the hill, its many restaurants and boutique shops, as well as the beautiful beaches along this part of the Maremma coastline.

Prices for 2011

Prices are per week commencing Saturday morning until Friday afternoon and are inclusive of the charge for final cleaning.

Linen (sheets and towels) can be supplied at an additional cost of €50 per week.

Pets
No pets are allowed.

 

Method of Payment

A deposit of 30% of the total booking fee is required when making a reservation, payable by direct bank transfer. Cancellation of a booking involves the loss of your deposit.

The balance of payment is payable on arrival in Euros in cash.
