This apartment is a third floor apartment in a modern Follonica apartment block. It sleeps six people. It has:
- two double bedrooms
- bathroom with a bath and shower
- kitchen and dining area
- a large living room with two sofas, one of which is a double sofa bed that sleeps two people
- two large terraces suitable for eating out on
- washing machine
- TV
- storage room
- private car parking space

Prices for 2011
Prices are per week commencing Saturday morning until Friday afternoon and are inclusive of the charge for final cleaning.

Linen (sheets and towels) can be supplied at an additional cost of €50 per week.
Pets
No pets are allowed.
Method of Payment
A deposit of 30% of the total booking fee is required when making a reservation, payable by direct bank transfer. Please note that the cancellation of a booking involves the loss of your deposit.
The balance of payment is payable on arrival in Euros in cash.
