Italian Starters: Antipasti

"Antipasti - Italian Starters" is the first in a series of Italian Food Menus from Maremma in Italy. It forms part of the wider Maremma Italian Restaurant Menus collection.

 

In each of these Italian Food Menu pages you will find Italian menus grouped together according to the type of dish during the meal - primi piatti, secondi piatti, contorni etc - or restaurant house menu - "Menu della Casa", or the tasting menu of many Italian dishes - the "Menu Degustazione".

(Solo in stagione di produzione)
Parma ham & melon (only available when melons are in season)

BRUSCHETTA
(olio, pomodoro, sale, aglio)
Toast with garlic, tomatoe, salt and olive oil
