An estate of over 6 hectares of vines lying below the village of Casale Marittimo in maremma Pisana. Home also to a necropolis dating from the 8th to 6th century BC belonging to the ancient Etruscan family of "Principi Guerrieri" or Warrior Princes. The vineyards were planted in 1997 and 1998 and produced their first vintage in 2001.

Azienda Agricola La Cipriana is owned by the Fabiani brothers is amongst the first to be established in the Bolgheri area. The estate comprises of 8 hectares of vineyards and 3 of olive trees, with an agriturismo. Their first bottle of the San Martino Bolgherie Superiore was produced in 1975.

The Azienda Agricola Fornacelle farm has been a family estate since the 14th century. Today it is owned and managed by husband and wife Stefano Billi and Silvia together with a five apartment agriturismo I Cavalleggeri. New vineyards were planted in in 1998, which now cover 8 hectares. Sémillon and Fiano white grape varieties were planted in 2004 and harvested in 2006.

AZIENDA AGRICOLA GIORGIO MELETTI CAVALLARI
Founded in 2002 this estate is owned by Giorgio Meletti Cavallari, from which it takes its name. Giorgio is the son of winegrower Grattamacco. There are three vineyards in separate plots (Lungagnano, Piastraia and Campo al Pero) covering nearly 9 hectares.

Grattamacco was established in 1977 by the sister and brother team of Maria Iris and Claudio Tipa, who also own the vineyards at Castello ColleMassari in Poggi del Sasso. Grattamacco lies within Maremma Livornese and Bolgheri DOC territory, on a hill between Castagneto Carducci and Bolgheri. It extends over 32 hectares, comprising 12 of vines and 3 of olive groves. The first vintage wines were produced in 1978 and, as with Castello ColleMassari, the production is totally organic.

Tuscany Wineries in Castellina Marittima
Situated in the northern-most part of Tuscan Maremma, just 30 kilometres from the city of Pisa, the historic estate of Castello del Terriccio lies within a nature reserve and today comprises 60 hectares of vineyards. It is owned by the Serafini Ferri family - Gian Annibale Rossi di Medelana Serafini Ferri - and its consultant oenologist is the Winemaker of the Year Carlo Ferrini.

BASILE AZIENDA AGRICOLA BIOLOGICA
Established in 1999 by the brothers Domenico and Giovan Battista Basile with the aquisition of an abandoned farm and vineyards, with the help of enologist Roberto Cipresso this estate is now a family run business producing organic Montecucco DOC wines over 4.5 hectares. Three hectares of Sangiovese and Merlot were planted in 2001 and 1.5 hectares of Sangiovese, Merlot and Ciliegiolo in 2006. All the grapes are harvested by hand.

CASALE POZZUOLO AZIENDA AGRICOLA & RESIDENCE RURALE
Five generations of the Galluzzi family have lived and worked on the land that is now the Casale Pozzuolo estate, with farmhouse holiday apartments, swimming pool and health farm. The first vineyards were re-planted in 1999 in the valley that separates the Montalcino and Montecucco wine regions, from which the first bottled wines were produced in 2003.

Il CIVETTAIO AZIENDA AGRICOLA AGRITURISMO
Il Civettaio was established in 1998 by Gregorio Dell'Adami de Tarczal as an organic farm covering 30 hectares: 7.5 of which are Sangiovese, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Alicante vineyards. The estate also comprises an agriturismo and restaurant, offers Maremma cooking classes, and breeds Cinta Seese pigs reared wild in the neighbouring woods.
Guests of the agriturismo are able to help in the vineyards and olive groves, including activities such as the cutting-back, vineyard cleaning, thinning out, harvesting, bottling, cellar work, milling and oil filtration...
