Sometimes, walking through the portals of a place for the very first time in this part of Tuscany can send a wave of excitement through you telling you that you have stepped into a very special place indeed. And magical is the only way to describe it. And that is exactly how I felt when I walked into this tiny castled village high up in the woodlands within the Province of Pisa.
